I have a multisync monitor connected to a PowerBase's VGA port. BootVars has
been used to change OF's input-device & output-device variables The Open
Firmware prompt is obtained with the usual C-O-o-f. However, a white screen
with hardly discernible text is displayed by the monitor.  The screen
resolution previously selected in MacOS is not respected.  Neither does it
default to 640 x 480 at 60 Hz. The screen resolution appears to be 1024 x
768. Is there a method of getting a sharper text display under OF?

The computer does not seem to respond to typing C-O-o-f during startup using
a PS/2 keyboard. There is no OF prompt.
