I'm glad I'm not the only one observing this problem (I see it on a Sonnet
Tempo Trio ATA/133, which is also a Promise chipset card). Very annoying,
but it doesn't seem to have caused any problems yet. Nevertheless, I'd
like to know why I'm not getting full bandwidth.

For the record, mine is also an ATA/133 card connected to a ATA/100 drive
(it's a Western Digital of some kind), in a PM 7300 with a G3/500, running
1.6.1 (not current).
