I'm in the US with all-US stuff, so I have no clue what to do with 
other keymaps. :(

ssh -l UserName host.domain.com

That will try to ssh to host.domain.con under the login name 
UserName. It will prompt you for a password.

Perhaps not as optimal as being able to get "@" but it should at 
least allow you to somewhat function for the moment :).
