I am having a problem where my powermac 7300 is repeatedly locking up.
The console messages says:

tlp0: transmit underrun; new threshhold: 96/256 bytes
mesh0: timeout state 3
mesh: resetting dma

and then everything is locked up. I have tlp ethernet pci card in
the box, in addition I have an Adaptec 2940UW on the PCI bus, with
an external disk enclosure.

The box was stable for quite a while running 1.5.2, and then 1.6, but
just over the last months it has started repeatedly hanging. The only
thing I have changed is attempting to put in a ATI Rage 128 video
card in the box. I couldn't get the video card to work, so I took it
out.
But during that time, I was messing around with the cards on the PCI
bus.

I've already send-pr'ed this problem, but haven't heard anyting:
any ideas on what to try? I've already monkeyed with the two PCI
cards in the box, they seem to be seated OK.
