Greetings,

The resident count is incremented in pmap_enter and
decremented in pmap_remove. But pages can also be
removed by pmap_protect_page(). Here the resident
count is not taken into account (becuase there is
no pmap context avaialbe to use). This leads to 
bogus resident sizes if pages get swapping out and
in again, the deletion are not counted and the 
insertions are counted. 

Does anybody know how to provide a consistent resident
count ?
