This is PCI + 601 + upgradeable-cpu, right?  If so, yes, it should
work with the cpu upgrade (to 603 or 604) in place.

I have a PCI + 601 powermac sitting up in my attic that I'd like to
get working one day... alas, can't upgrade the cpu in that one, so
I have to either wait for Klaus to finish the 601 support he started,
or do it myself... (ha!, spare time, that's funny...)
