In order to make a bootable CD-ROM according to the instructions at
	http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/bootcd.html#macppcimage
I need the file
	/usr/src/distrib/cdrom/macppc_installboot/macppcboot.raw

Question: How do I create this file? 'make' doesn't solve this. Maybe 
someone can point me to somewhere, where I can download it? Thanks.
