For making CD bootable on OF 1/2 machine, to my understanding,
you need to do the equivalent work which installboot does for
the (ffs) disk drive.

1. sector 0 has bootxx ( or similar )
2. that bootxx should know the sector number where ofwboot
   is placed.

I did this trick several times manually, thinking macinstallboot
would do in some time or it already had that facility.
