OK, so to summarize:

Seems like a lot of the newer models are having problems and fail with a
panic in the lockmgr.  It'd be nice if we could figure out why not.  Could
someone with enough knowledge file a good PR on the topic?  Meanwhile, do
we have any idea of when the breakage was introduced (since some of these
models used to work)?

Any info on other models?
