Hey all,
I tried compiling from the latest pkgsrc (updated yesterday) the
mysql-server. It failed. Mysql-client from the pkgsrc worked just fine.
First of all, what's the difference?
Second, what does the following error mean?
Making all in mit-pthreads
cpp -I/usr/pkgsrc/databases/mysql-server/work/.buildlink/include -Dunix
-I/usr/pkgsrc/databases/mysql-server/work/mysql-3.23.47/mit-pthreads
-I/usr/pkgsrc/databases/mysql-server/work/mysql-3.23.47/mit-pthreads/include

Thanks.
btw, the 4400 is up and running great. Once I got past the initial hurdles,
just about everything just fell into place. Even migrating most of the
settings from the 840AV netbsd setup went well.

I get up each morning, gather my wits.
Pick up the paper, read the obits.
If I'm not there I know I'm not dead.
So I eat a good breakfast and go back to bed.
