Someday I'd like to find out what the MacOS Monitors control panel is doing,
and port that code to NetBSD.  I don't like the idea of booting MacOS just
to change the monitor resolutions.  (There's also the problem of booting
MacOS just to partition disks, but fixing that would probably take more
work.)

But, were wscons and X designed to reconfigure themselves when you
change the resolution?  I figure it would be good to ask before writing
any code. :)
