From? Do you mean NetBSD-, graphics hardware-, or architecture-
specific patches?

Fwiw, xsrc (yes, I know that's distinct from XF86 4, this is a
separate point) breaks (in xc) on my -current i386 machine right
now, but I think it's because my /usr/share/mk is out of date.
Ymmv.
