Subject: 5500 and G4

I have a 5500 and believe from what I've read that the only way to install
netBSD on it is to zterm over a serial connection into the printer or modem
port to reset OF. The only other machines I have are a G4 and iMac, neither
of which has serial ports. So, am I stuffed or is there hope?
