If, like me, you burned the CD from the iso (1.5.1), then you might
try

	boot scsi/sd@3:0,OFWBOOT.XCF NETBSD.MAC

Note: s/RAM/MAC/ since the kernel is called netbsd.macppc on the 1.5.1
iso.
