Thanks to anyone who can help me:
I've successfully installed NetBSD 1.5 but cannot boot into NetBSD.
Booting "ofwboot.xcf" gives me a "CLAIM failed." Like so.....
0 > boot scsi-int/sd@0:0,OFWBOOT.XCF
scsi-int/sd@0:0,OFWBOOT.XCF loading XCOFF

I've gone over the recommended OF settings several times to be sure
they are correct (see "printenv" results below). I've installed
NetBSD 1.5 onto the internal SCSI hard disk and am using a serial
console. External SCSI and built-in ethernet ports are unused.
Monitor, ADB keyboard are disconnected. I'm able to boot "boot.fd"
from a floppy with the command "boot fd:0" without trouble and NetBSD
1.5.0 installs off the built-in cd drive. I was not able to install
v1.5. so 1.5 will have to do for now.
By the way, setting "auto-boot? true" so that it uses "boot-device
scsi-int/sd@0:0" and "boot-file OFWBOOT.XCF" gives me "unrecognized
Client Program formatstate not valid"
Below are are my OF version and settings......
