The discussion about booting from primary vs. booting from primary disks with
old OF 2.0.2 machines made me try one last thing to boot my 4400/200 from its
internal IDE disk. Before, I had two IDE masters: the CD at the first
controller (ata/atapi-disk) and the HD at the second controller
(/bandit/ohare/ata@21000/ata-disk).

While the Mac ROM could boot fine from the HD in this setup, OF could only
boot from CD.

Now I tried to swap the cables, and thus got ata/ata-disk and
/bandit/ohare/ata@21000/atapi-disk. And: I can boot from the internal HD.

Ok, now it won't boot from the CD any more (besides via the MAC Rom when
booting a MacOS install disk) - but I don't care.

Michael, I think I didn't find anything hinting to this as a possible problem
in the 1.5.1 install docs or the FAQ. Maybe you can add it?
