Try: boot hd;,ofwboot.xcf hd:10,/netbsd
If that doesn't work try 9 or 11.

"partition" is a much-abused word, it means one thing in BSD (two if you
use it instead of "slice") and at least two completely different things in
Mac's. 

As far as OF is concerned, your "first" partition is probably number 9, but
YMMV. The early numbers are drivers and stuff.
