Well, thanks to Simon Burge, I solved this problem : bfd.h is not build
by make includes, but by make depend in libbfd.

AFAIK, any other arch dependent includes are built by make includes, eg
lib/crypto, or rcp things, or many lex/yacced includes.

Imho, this means that the sed stuff in libbfd should be in 'include'
target' rather than in 'depend', what is the portmasters opinion about
that ?
