I don't know what is the point of this mail, but the work arround
is:
Just copy $DESTDIR/usr/include/netdb.h to /usr/include/netdb.h

If you are saying make build should always $DESTDIR/usr/include,
I agree, although I don't have fix to do that practice, sorry.
