Y'all,

I have heard no valid reasons why gm0 is not included in the INSTALL
kernel.  I'd like to include it so that we can have a somewhat unified
installation scheme.  Remember, gm0 is the ethernet driver in all of the
recent Apple models

The gm0 driver makes the INSTALL kernel 8798 bytes larger (uncompressed),
but does not prevent it from fitting into the floppy image, as of today's
netbsd-1-5 sources.

If there are no objections in the next two days, I will uncomment it and
have it pulled up to the 1.5.1 distribution.
