As you may have noticed, I have gotten myself a G4 as a new
toy, and find now that the macppc port is a bit rough at the
edges and missing quite a bit here and there. 

  So I'd like to start hacking -- but find myself completely
at loss as to where to find documentation. Some have pointed
me in direction of the darwin kernel or linuxPPC, but that's
not really what I'd call docs.

  Any pointers, URLs, books on the G4, processor, components
etc. is greatly appreciated...
