Hi Lasse:

Check out the archived email's on this topic (iMac DV installation
woes); they contain specific instructions for booting on an iMacDv.
Note, however, that the only way I could find to boot under OF3.0 was to
put the bootloader (ofwboot.elf) on an HFS partition, and put the kernel
(netbsd.ram.gz) on an ISO format CD.  I could *not* boot the kernel either
directly or indirectly from an HFS partition, despite what the install
notes say.

Once you have the install kernel up, you have a second problem: sysinst
insists on re-writing the disklabel, which will destroy anything else on
the disk (I lost MacOS this way; very painful lesson).  The solutionj:
dont run sysinst -- do a manual installation instead.  I followed Makoto's
instructions and had no problems.
