i thought you could only share an HFS partition on newer world
machines. please correct me if i'm wrong, someone.
btw - i have booted my G3 266DT (same machine as yours - just add
jumper pin ;), from the original IDE hard drive. don't give up on
OF!! it's a bitch but it's worth it.
