Can anyone explain me what these "type 10 non PLT relocation" linking
error means?

I'm trying to port Xerces and Xalan to NetBSD, and I get this error when
linking Xerces. It must be caused by some compilation flags I used, but
which one? I'd like to understand the problem. I know I just have to
update the toolchain to get it working, but it could be intersting to
have a package working with -1.4 instead of just -current.
