booting from cdrom, the netbsd.ram comes up fine, but no keyboard.  an
error is logged:

method <`usb-kbd-ihandle> not found; ihandle=ff9c93c0 phandle=ff885358

Is this hardware/software combination supposed to work or am I jumping the
gun?
