I have a very hard time believing this because of how such a hybrid disk is
made with mkhybrid, and I have a feeling that it may be a problem with the
Toast-prepared CDs previously mentioned here.
Would someone with a OFW 1 or 2 machine please burn the following image and
attempt to boot it? It is a hybrid HFS/ISO prepared with mkhybrid, with
"ofwboot.xcf", "ofwboot.elf", and "netbsd" (from netbsd.ram.gz of 1.5_BETA)
listed in both filesystems. To save other people a blank CD, please post
the boot result to the list.
(ISO-9660 and HFS)

If this fails, also prepared are the following, if you have spare CD blanks
to burn, or a CD-RW capable reader. This should provide a flexible set of
test boot images to help find the real root of the problem.
(ISO-9660 *WITHOUT* ;1 revision numbers on the filenames, and HFS)
ftp://ftp.duh.org/pub/NetBSD/macppcboot-hfsiso-norev.iso.gz
(ISO-9660 and Apple ISO-9660 Extensions, no HFS)
ftp://ftp.duh.org/pub/NetBSD/macppcboot-aexiso.iso.gz
(ISO-9660, HFS, Rock Ridge, Joliet hybrid)
ftp://ftp.duh.org/pub/NetBSD/macppcboot-hfshybrid.iso.gz
(ISO-9660, Apple ISO-9660 Extensions, Rock Ridge, Joliet hybrid)
ftp://ftp.duh.org/pub/NetBSD/macppcboot-aexhybrid.iso.gz
(ISO-9660 only)
ftp://ftp.duh.org/pub/NetBSD/macppcboot-iso.iso.gz
The outcome of the ISO/HFS test is is very important, as it may alter the
way the multi-architecture 1.5 CD distribution is laid out.
