Right, it's more a philosophical/religeous one. :-) It's that that 1% not
done by installboot, growing the ISO image, is not something which I think
should be in a bootcode-installer. :-) It's not that I think installboot
shouldn't be used on CD's, it's that I think it shouldn't grow the image -
it should have somethign which looks like a disk and play with that.

My thought was to either 1) since mkhybrid makes strange partitions now,
make it add something easy for installboot to change later, then run
installboot. 2) run mkhybrid, run a little tool, then run installboot.
