On a beige G3 266 the "ide" OF entry has a child called disk. (
pci/mac-io/ide/disk)
The only property of the "disk"  on this machine is "name" . Now looking at
ofdev.c in (macppc/stand/ofwboot ) in devopen routine: the code returns
ENXIO if the "device-type" property is not found.
 How is it possible to boot from an internal ide drive on this machine? Or
am I missing something abundantly clear?
