Subject: Appletalk broken in NetBSD 1.4.2?

After upgrading to 1.4.2, I find that netatalk no longer works over
Appletalk.  The complaint is that nbprgstr can't register the
services.

Is the appletalk stack broken in 1.4.2?  If so, what would be the best way
to go about fixing it?  Is it fixed in a later snapshot?
