Well I tried LinuxPPC, but after installing it I'm not very
impressed. I miss my BSD and I think the LinuxPPC in
generally lacks quite a bit.

I noticed that the ref to NetBSD on G4 states a problem
with installing on Macs that have had changes to Open
Firmware. Can someone clarify this for me? Currently I am
using a tool called Yaboot to boot into LinuxPPC. To use it
I had to set environment vars in OFW. Does this shut me
out? or can I still install NetBSD?

Thanks,

DAve.
