If you go to "http://www.mot-sps.com" and do a search on PPC601 you will find 
the docs (or 603, 604, etc..).  

I just hopped in real quick... somewhere on the SPS site I got a whole 
directory of all the PPC literature, but its late and I wasn't motivated to 
find it again.  I downloaded all of it when I found it.  You never know when 
websites get redesigned and the data dissapears in this wonderful web-world 
of ours.

the link to the 601UM.pdf file (users manual) is:

I'd bet you could just FTP all the files out of the "user_man" directory.
601UM.pdf is a little over 3MB, FYI.
