I've been scanning throught the OF docs, and the list archives. I've come to
the conclusion the scsi-int is the OF alias I want to use. I just can't get
the drive to boot :-(

0 > boot scsi-int/sd@4:0  can't OPEN: scsi-int/sd@4:0
 ok

0 > boot scsi-int:0 -a DEFAULT CATCH!, code=FFFFFFF6
 ok


now - I'll keep digging, I can't seem to find out what these mean :

boot scsi-int/sd@4:0
              ^^^^^^
