 From a very current system:

usb0 at ohci0
uhub0 at usb0
uhub0: Opti OHCI root hub, class 9/0, rev 1.00/1.00, addr 1
uhub0: 2 ports with 2 removable, self powered
SPLUSBCHECK failed 0x0!=0x30000242, ../../../../dev/usb/usbdi.c:729
ums0 at uhub0 port 1 configuration 1 interface 0
ums0: Logitech USB-PS/2 Mouse M-BA47, rev 1.00/1.10, addr 2, iclass 3/1
ums0: 4 buttons and Z dir.
wsmouse1 at ums0 mux 0
uhub1 at uhub0 port 2
uhub1: NEC hub, class 9/0, rev 1.00/1.00, addr 3
uhub1: 4 ports with 4 removable, bus powered
ukbd0 at uhub1 port 1 configuration 1 interface 0
ukbd0: Alps Electric M2452, rev 1.00/1.01, addr 4, iclass 3/1
wskbd1 at ukbd0 (mux 1 ignored for console): console keyboard

As soon as I hit return on the console, it goes into infinite
autorepeat and the system becomes very unresponsive.
