You'll find NetBSD/macppc stuff in NetBSD xsrc tree.  They are in the
following directory.

/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/xsrc/xc/programs/Xserver/hw/netbsd/macppc/

They are not generic PowerPC source, but NetBSD/macppc specific stuff,
though.
