Hi again!
Thanks a lot for the info on cross-compiling. I haven't tried anything yet,
but will later today. For the macppc people out there, I can add that I
last Friday installed "Yellow Dog Linux", which supposedly runs fine on the
Blue & White G3s. It installed alright, but the X RPMs were missing on the
server I took them from, so I'll redo the installation today.

Well, it's a Mac, and I know that the people on port-mac68k are nice,
friendly & helpful. Those were the only reasons. Oh yes, and I run
NetBSD-mac68k on my Quadra.
Best regards,
Hans-Christian
