Very kind of you; beware that likely, only the two small performance
fixes will be relevant to you (one a simple patch to a shared C file,
the other is a platform-specific change to an assembly file relevant
to many ports) - all IIci came with a MC68882 from the factory, and I
think all Quadra 650 had full MC68040 - Centris 650 were the ones that
might have had LC040 (and if that was a XC68LC040, the FPU emulation
will not work due to the well-documented bug in those CPUs).
FPU emulation is likely to be of limited use - and I haven't checked
the status of the m68ksf port, but if it's available in 11 then it's a
better idea than FPU emulation anyway :-) I was stress-testing the
litex68k system rather than actively looking for bugs. Two full
RD68041 (my MC68040 clone) don't fit in my FPGA, and replacing the
userland with m68ksf would have taken time, so the FPU emulation had
to work really well for the stress-test to succeed :-)
Cordially,
