These are especially nice, because they use all screen estate on a TFT
without scaling. Not too many TFTs with 1152x870 were built... Support for
older Macintosh system versions seems flaky, though - I didn't get beyond
1024x768 on the VGA port with System 7.1. And the built-in acceleration has
driver support for PowerMacs, only.

The card that I have here is a MacPicasso 340, I mistyped that in the
commit message. They used to appear regularly on ebay.de for some time;
unfortunately, I neglected to pick up a second one, and none have shown up
for months.

There is a slight possibility that the '320 has a different Nubus
identifier, and therefore does not get recognized by the kernel. In that
case, please find the relevant sResource line with Slots
