From README.Xmac68k_OSFA: ;)

1. What the heck is Xmac68k Multiple Pixel Depth) Server?

The Xmac68k MPD server (Code name: OSFA = One Server Fits All) is
intended to be a drop-in replacement for the stock NetBSD 1.3 Xmac68k
server program. As its name implies, it supports multiple pixel depth
ranging from 1 bpp (bit per pixel) up to 32 bpp (+).

+: 32 bits-per-pixel currently does not work. Work is planned.
