If you are building your own stuff anyway, I'd recommend going with the
netbsd-2 branch instead of netbsd-2-0 (that's where the 2.0.2 release comes
from). netbsd-2 has seen important bugfixes.

Apart from that, the last stable NetBSD/mac68k seems to be netbsd-1-6.
