Hi,

A INST030FPE kernel with MS-DOS file systems enable lives in

ftp://lain.ziaspace.com/pub/NetBSD/m68k/NetBSD-release-2.0-mac-softfloat/misc/

It does add 19k or so to the compressed kernel. I can easily
uncomment the ms-dos file system for other kernels as well.

I can also change the config files I use so that they always add the
ms-dos file system. It was taken out for size reasons. OTOH, the
INSTALL or INSTALLSBC kernels should work on 030 systems as well and
they do have the MS-DOS file systems uncommented. The catch is that
they take more memory.

cheers

bruce
