Unless there has been recent development on this front, no. My LCIII
upgraded with a Q605 mo'bo' and a 25MHz '040 boots 7.5, and then boots
NetBSD 1.6.2 through the booter. (And so does my IIci.)

You can simulate autobooting by dropping an alias to the Booter into your
Startup Items folder, and setting the Booter app itself to autostart
NetBSD when it's launched, but you're still booting into MacOS, at least
initially.
