Sorry! Well, it's just a start - so having pkgsrc around would be good,
anyway.

In general, they're intended to run on any system, so there are no
optimisations or special flags. The NetBSD pkgsrc documentation discusses
how bulk package building is done, and that's touched on in there. Simply,
though, the answer is "nothing special".
