The administrators actually filter vast amounts of spam from
the mailing lists.  The occasional message does make it through
the filters, though.  In general, it's best to ignore them.  If
you do have a problem that you wish to discuss, there are several
points of contact listed on the website or you can feel free to
send me private email about it.
