If anyone is seriously interested in hacking support for Macally 2-button ADB mouse, let me know.  
I just discovered that it isn't supported in NetBSD (works fine in Linux and MacOS) the hard way (silly me didn't bother to check the docs first) so I'd consider a long-term loan if someone wanted to work on it.  
I'm not a driver hacker by any means.
