Use netatalk. It's in pkgsrc.

Connecting LocalTalk devices to NetBSD machines is unsupported.

As Joshua notes, you could hook the LW up directly & have the mac export
it. THough serial might be a bit slow. As for LT/EN, I think the old
Asante bridges worked well.
