Are you actually coordinating the effort to clean up the FAQs?  If so, I shall endeavor to read through them (at least the ones linked directly from the netbsd.org mac68k subsite) to make a list of things that need updated.  I'm sure the more experienced members of this list could do an even better job.  

If we all contribute a bit of time for reviewing, and provide the info we personally know, it would save a lot of research on one person's part.

I know the issue of the Q840AV onboard ethernet came up for me just recently.  The ethernet status page is out of date.  John Klos says it is supported in 1.6 (maybe earlier).
