Hi,

I've just finished to install two kernels by Takeshi Shibagaki on my '030 Macs.

PowerBook165 ('030 / 33MHz / FPU-less / 8 MB RAM / SCSI HDD) = GENERIC *
* SBC kernel breaks my PB165 file system always, so I choosed GENERIC
(ncrscsi).

LC III+ ('030 / 33MHz / FPU-optional / 6-8 MB RAM) = LAPTOPSMALL, GENERIC
LC III+ can boot-up with or without MC68882 FPU on these 1.6P kernels.

They boot-up pretty fine, I've not found any problem.

P.S. Mihai CHELARU's Performa 460 has same spec as LCIII+.
I guess that Performa 460 can boot-up with this kernel, too.
