Hi,

I recently got my hands on a Macintosh LC475, and I want to run
NetBSD on it. The port page says that FPU functions are not yet
fully supported, and points to http://www.macbsd.com/macbsd/LC040-and-BSD.html
which I'm not sure whether I fully understand.

Is it so, that all LC040 processors need workarounds, but those
prior to revision 2E71M won't work anyway? Or do only the earlier
revisions need workarounds? What is the current status of these
fixes?

On my chip I read "XC68LC040RC25B", "02E23G" and "QEZH9428B".
Would I be better off trying to find something else?

Thanks in advance,
Magnus
