Right, it's almost ready, but it hasn't actually been released yet.
The folder will be unlocked when 1.5.3 is released.

It's closer to 1.6 than 1.5.3... Installing 1.5.3 would be a downgrade,
not an upgrade, so I'd recommend you install 1.6 instead. If you'd
