If by "9-land", you mean Mac OS 9, I think the line's even *more*
blurred there, being as much of the Mac "ROM" was moved wholesale (I
understood, as opposed to as patches--am I mistaken?) into software
living in the System Folder in iMacs and beyond, no?

Will Mac OS 9 even run on any 68k? (I thought not... I certainly
wouldn't *want* to run anything beyond about 7.6, but I haven't
tried.)
